Our washer decided to start puking water three days before Thanksgiving. I called Brendan expecting a week or two before he could look at our problem. Showed up the next day, explained everything he found in laymens terms and showed me the issue. He also was upfront and honest when a poorly designed piece of plastic broke (non-issue but still admitted it happened and honestly not his fault). He ordered the part and was there the day after Thanksgiving even though it made him work late…he said he would be there and honored his word. He was fairly priced and even found a wire that would have caused future issues and was causing the pump to be noisy. A lot of issues for a nice 2 year old washer! He found them all though and was professional, prompt and knew what he was doing. I will be calling him next time an appliance decides to blow up in my house!

Called a few people to fix our dishwasher and not a single call back until one company who was totally booked referred us to Brenden. Called him and he came out the next day, diagnosed the problem to a bad control board. Ordered one for much less than we found online and then came back a day later and installed it. WOW! I will recommend this awesome young man to all of my friends! We need more service professionals like him!
